Grassroots community organization focused on racial and economic equity, houseless services, civic engagement, and disaster preparedness in East Oakland
🖥️Technology Infrastructure & Operational Support
- Led the initial setup and configuration of the organization's core digital infrastructure (email, cloud storage, scheduling, and communications tools)
- Designed and implemented data collection and reporting systems for tracking volunteer hours, event participation, and community impact metrics
- Created standard operating procedures for event coordination, volunteer management, and resource allocation
- Developed digital asset management systems for organizing promotional materials, documentation, and community resources
🤝Community Outreach & Direct Service
- Participated in weekly food distribution programs and clothing drives for unhoused community members
- Assisted with disaster preparedness initiatives including emergency supply distribution and community education workshops
- Supported voter registration drives and civic engagement campaigns in underserved East Oakland neighborhoods
- Helped coordinate community events and town halls focused on local issues such as housing, public safety, and economic development
